Marlene Peña

Hello! I am a Mexican American artist based in San Diego. I grew up in Tijuana, and I moved to the United States during my fourth year of elementary school. I loved drawing from an early age, but it was in middle school when I started to take it more seriously, and in high school I took my first art classes under the SCPA program. As I write this I am currently a college student majoring in Single Subject Teaching in Art, which will allow me to become a high school art teacher in the near future. I also run a small Etsy shop in which I sell stickers, prints, and other items featuring my artwork.
